1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to PuttPals.

PuttPals, LLC ("PuttPals," "we," "us," or "our") operates a social networking platform designed to connect golfers and golf enthusiasts for recreational play, golf-related networking, events, golf course discovery, and other community-based activities.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

Automatic renewal continues until canceled.

15.3 Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not provide refunds for current billing periods except where required by applicable law.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
